Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 NZD for all orders within New Zealand. Orders over $79.00 NZD qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural Delivery: add 1–2 additional business days
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our carrier's website.
Large & Heavy Items Some large fitness equipment (e.g. racks, benches, treadmills) may require special freight delivery. Delivery times and costs for these items will be confirmed at checkout or via email after purchase.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
