Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging intact, including all accessories, tags, and manuals
- Proof of purchase included (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale items
- Hygiene-related products (e.g. jump ropes, protective gear, yoga mats) once opened
- Customised or personalised items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price will be applied to all approved returns.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please submit a return request and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will prioritise resolving the issue for you.
